Looking for a away to make user testing more scientific – have been making a lot incremental changes suggested by observing users but can measure the impact quantitatively. Looks like Loop is what we are looking for.

I’ve been researching dozens of user behavior tracking tools haven’t settled on one yet.. There are elements that are great for each. I wish I could do a mashup of all the things I like from each..
As a designer, this would be a nice value-added service to my customers.
